COOKING & LOVE
Facilitated by Avery
I use knowledge from intuitive eating, plant medicine, and Ayurveda to teach clients how to better connect to their own mind-body relationships, in order to foster healing within their relationship. We then plan and create a meal and work through the specifics of each partner’s needs and the challenge the couple is facing.
In this couples program, I teach you about how your somatic symptoms provide you with information about emotional wounds. In partnership when there is damage or misalignment, it can be challenging to repair.
Cooking is not only vital to physical health and emotional wellness but it’s expressive, interactive, healing, and fun! And love is meant to be fun!
